T-7 can be used in a wide range of foods that contain a lot of moisture, but let’s take a look at the case of adding it to coleslaw here.
Easy to use
The usage of T-7 is very simple. After adding the dressing to the cut vegetables, sprinkle a small amount of T-7(0.2%-1.0%)
over the coleslaw and mix well. Then simply refrigerate. In our experiment, there was almost no dripping even after 7 days.
