Simple steps to develop your own filling cream
Usage of V-2 is very simple, and you can get your own filling cream in just a few steps.
Let’s take a look at how to make custard cream for example.
<Procedure>
- Mix all the ingredients except for vegetable oil and flavor, and heat and stir well at 40-45℃.
- Pour in the vegetable oil and stir at 40-45℃. After well mixed & emulsified, heat up to 90-92℃.
- Once the temperature rises to 90-92℃, stir for 1 minute, then stop heating. Add vanilla flavor and stir until the temperature drops about 70℃.
- Put the cream to a container and cool to 20°C in the refrigerator.
