pH adjuster S-VT100 is a phosphate-free quality improver which preserve moisture in meat and seafood products. By soaking with S-VT100 dilution, yield of finished product increases and prevent its shrinkage by heating process. S-VT100 also give juicy texture to finished product and make it softer.
